Real-world Ear
Pick a sentence, pick a place, press play. The recording is the app's own; the phone line, the station echo and the café noise are made live, right here in your browser — the same idea Real-world Ear uses on your iPhone.
🎧 Best with headphones.
Sound is processed on your device. Nothing is recorded or sent.

Choose a photo of it and Hadi explains, in your language, who wrote and what they want — and gives you phrases to reply. Read on your iPhone, never sent anywhere. (iPhones with Apple Intelligence.)

Your phrase card for the appointment, with audio. A quick rehearsal on the platform. An hour later: “How did it go?” — the words you were missing go into your review. (iPhones with Apple Intelligence.)

One iPhone on the table. You practise your German, your partner their Spanish — each half of the screen in their own language.
The numbers
Conversation lessons were what helped me most — and what I could least afford to do every day. One hour of speaking practice:

Why I built this
Learning German, I found that words and grammar weren't my real problem. Speaking was. Two seconds to answer, no “check answer” button.
The only thing that truly helped was conversation practice — and I was paying around €200 a week for it.
So I built the tutor I needed: one I can talk to on my walk, that explains in my language, and that gets me ready for the conversations that actually matter — the doctor, the landlord, the letter on the doormat. I hope it helps you too.
No. Hadi is an AI. It can make mistakes, so treat corrections as suggestions, and check anything important — like an official letter — with the sender.
iPhones with a current iOS. Letters, Prep phrase cards and debriefs need an iPhone with Apple Intelligence; they use Apple's AI on your iPhone and are free. Hadi Free is free there too; on other iPhones it uses your talk minutes.
Your history, words and plans stay on your iPhone. Live conversations are streamed to Microsoft Azure's AI while the call is on; pronunciation clips, and Hadi Free on iPhones without Apple Intelligence, also go to Azure. We don't store any of it. No ads, no tracking.
You can practise German or Spanish (Spain). The app and Hadi's explanations are in English, German or Spanish.
I'm looking for people learning German or Spanish, with an iPhone, to try HADIQ Talk before launch. Free minutes, a direct line to me — and your feedback shapes the app.
You're on the list. Thank you!
I'll email you soon with your TestFlight invitation and how to start. — Carlos
