How do I cancel my plan?

Plans are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › HADIQ Talk › Cancel. You keep your minutes until the end of the month you paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are decided by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, its unused minutes are removed.

My minutes look wrong.

Write to us with the date and roughly how long you talked. We can check your account and correct it.

I have a code (Family minutes).

In the app: Settings › Minutes › I have a code. Codes give free minutes for a limited time.
